You agree to use 1HealthyWorld.com in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions discussed below.

Unless the context requires otherwise, Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) and/or their assigns shall be referred to as "us, we, or our" and you shall be referred to as "I, you, your, my or subscriber."
I understand that the information in this web site is not intended to replace or substitute for conventional medical care, or encourage its abandonment, and is presented for the educational and free exchange of ideas and speech in relation to health and wellness only. Its purpose is to inform and present options only and describes the experiences of others. Further, it is not intended to diagnose any physical or mental condition. The authors of this website are neither legal counselors nor licensed health practitioners and make no claims in this regard. If I have health concerns, I understand and agree that I should always consult qualified health practitioners. I also promise and agree to indemnify Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) and/or their assigns and to hold Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) and/or their assigns harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands, personal injury or death or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) and/or their assigns may sustain or to which Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) and/or their assigns may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the products, services or information provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys' fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.
PRIVACY STATEMENT: Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) will not rent, sell, access or in anyway use my customer database information. This information will be kept strictly confidential in the highest manner possible.
TERMS OF SALE. Terms of sale are as follows:
All sales of eBooks, consultations and testing services are final. There will be no refunds given for any of these products or services. If, however, you need to reschedule your appoint for a consultation, you will be able to do so for no additional charge. All sales of other products and services shall be governed by the material within the actual literature about the product.
All teleconference sales are considered final within 7 days of the date of the call. If you make your reservation within 7 days of the call, it is non-refundable. If you make your reservation 7 days prior to the call, you may receive a full refund if the refund is requested 7 days prior to the call. Library of Health, LLC (dba 1healthyworld.com) has the right to cancel the call at any time for any reason. If the call is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. All free bonuses associated with each teleconference will be emailed to you within 48 hours after the teleconference is concluded.
ASSIGNMENT. This agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. If you do assign your rights, as would be the case were someone other than you to use your account, you shall remain liable to us for any fees due under this agreement. We may assign this agreement at any time.
CHANGE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed..
Notices. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery: if delivered personally to the party to whom notice is to be given; if sent by electronic mail with a cc: to sender; if sent by fax; or on the third day after mailing by first class mail. GENERAL PROVISIONS. The subject headings of the articles and sections are for convenience only, and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions. If any portion of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of this agreement shall remain in force. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us pertaining to its subject matter and supersedes all of our prior agreements, representations, and understandings. Subject to Section I, no supplement, modification, or amendment of this agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by both parties. No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver. This agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts. Each shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. If an organization is the subscriber, the individual signing up for our services represents that he or she is duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that organization. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to the Community Dispute Resolution Service or any recognized Arbitration Board located within New York State and Onondaga County, before instituting litigation. In the event of litigation, the venue shall be within Onondaga County in New York State.
